A: Yes, you can. The best file format is Adobe Illustrator as it could be easily edited, otherwise if it’s a manuscript or other types of files, please get in touch with our customer services first to discuss the illustration as it might need some adjusting.

When designing the image with Adobe Illustrator, please set the file to CMYK format and create outline once the design is the completed, then save the file with you name or company title.
